Package price above is hundreds of dollars less than top selling competitor's motors.  Comparable price from Oriental, which do not offer absolute encoder nor wireless link, is more than $850.

These are new production products, with extra-precision firmware. However, the firmware for the encoder and wireless link is not available until Spring 2010.  At that time, fully functional units with optical encoder and wireless link will be available for approximately $250 additional charge.
