Enclosed switchbox with 4 toggle switches and 2 analog potentiometers.  The switches and potentiometers are useful for automating and controlling motor action with all Excitron Motor Controllers.  With this Swtichbox, you have total control over all 6 input pins that are available. You can setup the motion profiles and I Input Profile Mode for running 3 sets of motion profiles for each switch, as described in the User Manual, to set up actions such as run for 36 inches, or to rotate exactly 90.00 degrees, and wait 2 seconds.

The potentiometer is for analog voltage input: you can control starting motor speed Vsps setting and change speed on-the-fly. You enable this exciting feature by making the serial command D=1, for each motion profile individually. Then when your motion profile starts, the Vsps is lowered by the pot value divided by 1024, since the analog input pin has 10 bit high resolution.

If not enabled for speed control, you can use the potentiometer for ON/OFF digital control in any motion profile by setting the pin/mode command as described in the User Manual.

This switchbox is ready for any Au Gold Controllercoders, and it is also backward compatible with previous Excitron controllers with some simple wiring changes. 

Simple/Common Example setup:

• Switch 1: Run clockwise
• Switch 2: Run counter-clockwise
• Analog dial: Adjust motor speed on-the-fly

Switchbox settings are setup and changed with serial commands, thereafter a computer is not needed. See the Manual for description of the many modes available that produce the motion control you need.
