How to buy
Excitron offers excellent prices on all its products, and operates with top efficiency, and we pass these savings along to you. To have the lowest possible price, we only offer terms of pre-payment before we ship. NASA, Army, Navy, Air Force, EPA, Rolls-Royce, and over 4,000 other customers have no problem with pre-payment. Here is how you can quickly purchase our products:
- order online, it's faster and you can create your own customer account.
- call or email us with your credit card information.
- send a company check, for USA orders only.
- Electronic wire transfer by creating your order and selecting "billmelater" as invoice payment method. Then we will provide the bank information for your wire transfer.
- non-USA orders must use credit card, PayPal, or electronic wire transfer (best choice).
- When you need the actual invoice first for your company quotation or approval, then simply create a "billmelater" invoice and pay later. Creating this "billmelater" invoice does not obligate you to pay, since we will not ship until you pre-pay. Note that this is not an offer of net terms, and we will not ship until the order is fully pre-paid.
After you order online, you will receive an automatic order acknowledgement email. We usually ship in 1-3 days after you order and pay, a ittle longer if you have ordered semi-custom or custom modifications. You will receive an email shipping notice, which gives you a tracking number.
Excitron strives for accurate shipping costs and to save you the most money on shipping. If you were over charged, please email the details and we will investigate. If t he actual shipping cost is higher than you were charged, we will contact you for the difference.
